Matthew is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine (class of 1996) and Maine School of Law (class of 2001). After a few years in general practice after law school, he focused his efforts on real estate transactional work. In 2005 he became general manager of Cumberland Title Services and has been the owner-manager since 2008. In 2006, he was named in October Research as one of the “Top 40 under 40”. He is a member of Business Network International (BNI) and regularly teaches first time homebuyer classes in the greater Portland area. |

Leslie Raifsnider - Escrow Officer & Senior Processor

Leslie began her career in real estate financing in the mid 1980’s working for a local mortgage company. In 1987, she made the move to the title insurance industry, with the last twenty years being at Cumberland Title Company. |

After graduating from Portland High School, Kathy worked for fifteen years in the travel industry as a travel agent and manager and traveling all over the world. She has been in the title insurance industry for over eight years, working as a title abstractor, closer and marketing liaison. |

Jackie is a graduate of Andover College with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. She has been working in the real estate field for over seven years. Formerly our receptionist, Jackie has recently been promoted to a full time processing position. |

Melissa Boxer – Reception/Escrow Processor

Melissa is currently studying legal studies as Kaplan University. She started her career in the title business over six years ago for an attorney in Bridgton. Melissa is a recent welcome addition to Cumberland Title, functioning as our receptionist and escrow processor.
